Rick J. Lewis

Vice President

Rick J Lewis is a native of the beautiful island of St. Thomas, located in the U.S. Virgin Islands who also spent his childhood summers in Bessemer, Alabama. As a child his parent dedicated his life and he was christened unto the Lord. He grew up attending a Lutheran church in St. Thomas, VI and a Baptist church in Bessemer, AL. As an adult and man in his community, he gave his life to Jesus Christ and was baptized on June 17, 2014. He is the proud father of three beautiful girls, Sydney, Olivia and A'vielle.

He received a Bachelor's of Science Degree with Honors in Therapeutic Recreation from Benedict College in Columbia, SC. While in school, he completed an internship at the Department of Mental Health and was later employed at the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) teaching in the 21st Century Enrichment program.

Later in life, he became a Fire Fighter I & II for the City of Columbia , SC due to his love for emergency management.

He moved to Baltimore, MD in July 2007 and has embedded himself in this historical and diverse community for 10 plus years where he is employed  by the U.S. Federal Government  and is an active member  of the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Emergency Management, Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T).

​

At heart, he is an enthusiastic Investor/Entrepreneur, who specializes in educating friends and family on financial awareness in the New Information Age and Business Ownership. His favorite coined financial quote is "If you don't control your money, someone will be controlling you with your money". He enjoys fitness, sports, and reading. He look forward to summer times with his daughters. His favorite personal quote is " Self-accountability no matter what. Good, bad or indifferent".

Belinda Morales

Treasurer

Belinda Morales, Accountant is Treasurer of 2nd Chance Outreach Ministry, Inc. Belinda currently works full time as and Auditor for the Federal Government.  She is CEO/Founder of BLM Accounting Services, LLC a small and growing accounting firm located in Randallstown, MD where she performs accounting, bookkeeping and notary services.

Belinda is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

​

Belinda received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting in 2009 and a Master's Degree in Finance in 2012 from Morgan State University.

​

A native of Jamaica, Belinda is a devoted mother to her handsome son Jason. She enjoys time spent with family and friends. Her hobbies includes; shopping, traveling and helping others.

​

Belinda dedicated her life at an early age to Christ and is actively involved in her church, Christian Life Church located in Baltimore, MD where she serves as Bookkeeping and VBS teacher.

Charlie Wray

Charlie Wray has been working with the US Federal government since October 2015 serving as a Claims Specialist and has worked overseas for seven years as a Contractor in Logistics and Human Resources. As a dedicated and results driven professional with 12+ years of broad based experience encompassing human resources, customer service and administrative leadership. Charlie is passionate about helping others developing a successful career doing what they love. She has received numerous recognition for her outstanding contributions in helping others.

​

Ms. Wray graduated from the University of Phoenix with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.

​

During Charlie's past time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.
